DO NOT EAT HERE!! I ate at Shogun on Aug. 13, 2006 and received the single worst service that I have ever received. We only ordered sushi so we did not sit at the hibachi grill. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to come around and take our order. Eventually I got impatient and gave my order directly to the sushi chef. After another half an hour, half of our sushi arrived. We consumed it and waited another 20 minutes for the rest to arrive cold. Poor service all around left us no choice but to leave a 10% tip. Halfway home we realized that we never got our credit card back so we turned around. The waitress claimed that she returned the credit card, which we know simply just isn't true. When we asked her to take a closer look around she glanced over the counter and said ""Nope not there."" I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. DO NOT EAT HERE!!
