I have been here several times and Glen is the best. The service is always friendly and they know what they are talking about. As far as the review by this ""John M"" guy; it is either fake or he is just one of those guys who cannot be satisfied. We all know a John M, he is the neighbor who thinks he knows it all and really doesn't. He obviously went to the store for answers and did not like the one he got and got mad. John M calm down and get a life. Your not always right, in fact your probably wrong most of the time. I signed up and spent a few minutes of my Saturday on Citysearch because I wanted to right a wrong. Anyone who has ever met Glen, or the women who works with him (sorry can't remember your now right now) know that what you said is so far off base it is disturbing. People I'm telling you their prices and service are great, and I travel past 10 pool stores to get to Shores pool because it is that good.
