OMG!!!! the sales lady was so MEAN!!! she was mad because I can't make up my mind about the donuts I wanted to buy. Hello, I bought 2 boxes of donuts and 1 was for a friend. I just asked my friend what donuts he wanted to buy, then I CAN'T MAKE UP MY MIND????? She started to do something else right before she finished my order...so far from CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! too bad i loved eating dunkin donuts so much or else I would have returned my order..then she could say I CAN'T MAKE UP MY MIND!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE..find OTHER DUNKIN DONUTS, THERE'S A LOT MORE WHO'D GIVE YOU PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.....
Cons: poor customer service, not child friendly
