My name is Rondo Rawlings Im the former manager for the Carpet Police, I have to tell all of you that ALL of these positive reviews are not real reviews. We recieved a few really bad reviews (which are all true) and the owner DAVID BEDFORD wanted to drown out the bad reviews with good FAKE reviews so he had me make fake email accounts and write fake reviews. just look at the dates of reviews, there all really close together. He wanted me to write a couple a week. This company is not what it seems. He will charge you waaaayyy more than what the work is worth. He dilutes the chemicals, sprays water as ""protector"" and will lie to anyone and everyone. He hasnt given a single raise to any of his employees in years and takes advantage of people. Forces the techs to work with 60+ hours with NO OVERTIME and was recently forced to pay fines by the az dept of labor for mistreating his employees. All true stories. Obviously hes still writing fake reviews, also look at all the review sites. Theres the same reviews just copy cut pasted to all sites so he gets ""higher ratings"" Hes deceptive, do not use this company
