I used Heavens Best to clean my den (white carpet), finished basement, (chestnut carpet), clean my cream upholstery and rid stains. Having used some of the other leading companies in the Atlanta metro area, I knew what I wanted. Jesse has consistently provided excellent customer service by his determination to make the customer happy - whether it be trying to deep clean a high traffic area, to erradicating red stains to making the upholstery of an eight year old dining set look brand new. He spent less time looking at the clock and more time really concentrating on the job at hand. At times he was more obsessed about the end job being perfect than I was - and thats really saying something since I am positive I have a case of OCD when it comes to cleaning. The company is reasonable, flexible and can almost always work with your schedule. Great guy to work with and will continue to use him time and time again as life continues to happen and leave marks on our carpet! Keep up the good work.
