Don't even think of using them if you want things to go smoothly! they waiting until 2 days before the scheduled closing to verify sellers credit -- they did find something so that was good, but their last minute inquiry has thrown everything off! They are rude and arrogant - and now they have a letter they say they needed and still won't let me close!! they now state they need 10 days for another letter to be received. THEY ALWAYS SAID THEY ONLY NEEDED THE LETTER THEY HAVE TO DATE!!! so.. plain and simple they are jerkoffs.
