Our reservations for two suites (12 people) were cancelled without our knowledge on the day we arrived.We recieved a missed call at 11:45 A.M on the day of check-in. We callled back, we were informed that our reservations were cancelled without a explanation. There was no empathy.They were very rude and nasty, especially the manager Don who had the nerve to put his hand in my face after waiting almost two hours to speak to him while he and the other manager Joyce was in a ""meeting"". DON called the police in leiu of explaining to us why our reservation were cancelled. For the recorded we did not cancel the reservations we were cancelled by the manager Joyce. After driving 5 hours and enjoying camelbeach for only 4 hours due to thunderstorms, we had to drive back wet, hungry and upset another 5 hours home. It was clear that this was racially driven.I really hope no one else has this experience. DO NOT STAY OR EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE!!!
