They use gyro meat that comes carved off the sp*t. I've never been there to see it, but the meat is in chunks, not the rectangular slices I get from most other places. I've had gyros from several different places in Pittsburgh, and think the Middle Eastern restaurant on Oakland across from Quiznos is the only other one that doesn't use slices. (I might be wrong, maybe they do, but just have more.) This kind of gyro meat tastes much better and they actually have enough meat to fill you up. Pros: good gyros
