Review content:
Whenever I visit the Mifflinburg PA area I usually stop at Verna's. However, the last 2-3 times I have been there I have found that none of the latest fabrics lines are available. I know some Amish/Mennonite stores carry the discontinued designer lines because it is cheaper to purchase. However, prices have gone up at Verna's although not as high as local quilt shops. But I rather pay $2 more a yard at a local quilt shop to be able to buy current (2012) Moda, Red Rooster, Benartrix, Hoffman, etc quilt fabrics. Because of this, no longer do you see bus loads of quilters coming to this store!
