This place was horrible! For the amount of money it cost my family I would have at least thought they could return a simple phone call. Purchased a head stone in OCTOBER and it was just installed TODAY! After it was promised it would be in the beginning of DECEMBER! When I called to see what in the world was going on either there was no answer, or no one available to talk to and i was promised a returned call 3 times which I never once recieved. I am very disappointed in this business. We even told the owner/manager whatever he was about the issues we were having when I finally had to personally go to the business to talk to someone, he said would address he issues and call me with the result, ha never did. I cant express enough how much inconsiderate these people are. If you want something done right, on time and im sure in a kinder manner.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
