Review content:
You don't want to rent from the place. They raise your rent everytime you renew the lease. Parking is a joke. Place is not taken care of. Don't call the management team for help. They send someone do ""work on the problem"". Still working on it for 3 months now. Kids are not safe here. Police are here almost on a daily basis. This management team needs to be replaced. I don't know if the owner really knows what goes on here or if they do... really cares. When you go to move out they don't know about your deposit...It is mysteriously gone or never was paid. So, keep a copy of what you pay always. Move here with caution.. Kids here run around and are so noisy it is insane. Where are the parents? Where is management to keep a check on this..? If you want to deal wih kids screaming at the top of your lungs, kids ridding skateboards the jump the newly enlarged speedbumps, bikes in the parking lot, then please come on in and join the fun. But, there is signs that say: no bikes, skateboards, scooters. So, why is the allowed then? It all depends on the ""mood"" of the ""office""... BEWARE>>>>
