Review content:
From the initial phone call I received to schedule the first appointment and including the worksheet required for all new patients, which was mailed to me to fill out, to the office receptionist who was friendly and smiled, to Dr. Frank Hackl M.D., who obviously knows his business and was so kind, patient and explained everything in detail and offered me all the time needed to ask questions, to the medication nurse (whom I must apologize to, for I have forgotten her name), to the appointment worker who scheduled my next appointment. I was completely satisfied and felt they were honestly interested in solving my Chronic Pain?. I was seeing a different pain specialist in Tulsa who will remain nameless to protect his business. I was treated like an animal in a Kennel instead of a human. I had a reaction from the injections done at their office and was unable to reach a nurse or doctor, or receive a call back, which I was instructed to do on their aftercare instructions and on the message machine which answered my call for help. I followed the instructions precisely after having the reaction and finally had no choice but to pay a visit to an E.R. at St. Francis Hospital which took 14 hours. I have to say that it was a terrible way to get treated. I will never refer my family, friends and co-workers to that other office.
Pros: Greatest Office Manner In World
Cons: Can't Find Apartment Close To Office
