Review content:
The carpet installed was okay and the installers were good. The tile however did not stand up as well as the salesman said and the installation was amateurish at best. The tile installers damaged walls, doors, cabinets and even the new tile. When asked to fix the problems the store sent out the same crew and they continued to to damage. The job that was supposed to be a 2 day install took 3 months to complete and another 3 months to try to fix. The store management was unresponsive and would not send another crew to fix the problems. We finally had to tell them to leave just to keep them from tearing up anything else. We now have a tile floor that the carpet cleaner asked ""Did you do it yourselves?""
