Just to set the record straight I have done business with Mike Spencer in the past, but as of today I will no longer do any business with that business or person(s). I went to Tire and Wheel world to get some new tires. I just had my rims powder coated and needed some new rubber on them. One of Mike's dumb-ass workers took 2 rims out of my trunk. 1 he dropped on the back side of the rim and then proceeded to push kick the other one across the floor shop. I told Mike what just had happened all he said is that he would paint the back side with spray paint. I told him I just spent $300 to have these rims powder coated and all he wanted to do was spray paint the back of the rim because no one would see it. I told him unacceptable because I WOULD KNOW!!!! I told him I wanted him to re powder coat the 2 wheels that HIS employee had damaged and all he said is that he would touch them up. I told him I wanted them re powder coated and he just smirked at me and said all he could do is touch them up with spray paint. I took my rims and left. I am contacting my attorney on Monday and I will take it from there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO TIRE AND WHEEL WORLD FOR TIRES OR RIMS. When they break or damaged something they just want to ""mend"" the problem not fix it!!! Save the headache go somewhere else.
