Review content:
Well, where to start, I guess with the buildings. The buildings at Avignon are poorly made, they are barely insulated and get freezing cold in the winter, and boiling hot in the summer. The appliances are bottom of the line; loud, poorly maintained, low end, and in general of poor quality. The buildings are very drafty and you can hear everything from your neighbors including them urinating in the middle of the night. The maintenance staff here is good and quite polite, but the management staff is horrible. Every single one of the management staff are rude at best, little napoleans with a focus on flexing their miniscule amount of power as often as possible. Responses to common or simple questions are commonly responded to with rude responses, and many times, threats to take ""administrative action"" against you as a tenant if you make any waves or complain. The parking is extremely limited, and the spots are commonly filled up with cars from people using the trail and since the complex management in their infinite wisdom decided to remove the gates, this has only gotten worse. Any labor hired in by management to do things such as paint the buildings are commonly incompetent and will cause a noticable amount of damage to personal property. Every unit in this complex is highly overpriced, especially for the horrible state of the buildings and the incompetent, rude, and dictator like management. I will be moving out of this horrendous place as soon as I buy a house, and I would suggest that unless you have absolutely no other choice, you don't move in to this place. One additional item to note is that the complex uses some crappy third party company for water billing which commonly overbills and is currently engaged in a number of civil suits regarding their billing practices. The management supports this company through what I can only assume is a profitable relationship regardless of how much detrimental impact there is to their tenants.
Pros: None really
Cons: pretty much everything, management is annoying at best, malicious at worst
