Central Collision Center is horrible body shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM. If you insurance company (Farmers was mine) refers you to them request ANY other body shop. I was sent to them by ""Help Point"" which is apart of Farmers who is my auto insurer, after my car was damaged. You would assume they're a reliable honest reputable company when you're sent their, but they were anything but reliable or honest. I have VERY minor items to be fixed that other shops quoted me would take 5-6 days, Central Collision Center had my car for 16 days TOTAL!! 16!! They NEVER called me during this time period either. I had to call them EVERY single time and they said 3 times it would be done the next day. Id wait for their call the next day and hear nothing. So I'd call and get some BS excuse that they forgot to order something, or that they have too much work and not enough employees. To sum it all up, STAY AWAY and keep everyone you know AWAY from Central Collision Center.
