Review content:
Last saturday Sept 2 about 6 pm I noticed a young lady by the window she had stopped eating her grilled swordfish. I went over and I asked if everything was ok, she replied no because she had found a piece of hair in her food. I apologized and asked her if she wanted another piece of swordfish or something else. She replied that she wanted another sword fish. I took the fish and got her another one it took about 10 minutes for the fish to cook I brought the fish over and apologized again. After the party got there check she asked the waitress if she could be compensated for the incident. The waitress checked with me and I said to to just leave a tip but the waitress misunderstood and told them to just not leave a tip. When I saw this on line I fully refunded her credit card. And by the way no one at Out of the Blue has long black hair and that was what was found in the fish. Steve Liakos, owner of Out of the Blue.
