Cuisine America also catered my wedding. They are very reasonably priced considering outrageous prices at other banquet halls and country clubs. They were very flexible with my menu. I explained some traditional italian dishes that I wanted at my wedding that weren't on the menu and they whipped it up along with some other choices on the menu for me to take home and taste test. They did an amazing job! They also have a warehouse full of decorations used to dress up the night. They stuck with my theme and the items I chose and decorated they whole hall (this was included in the price). Cuisine America was very thorough and organized and my wedding ran smoothly. My one and only complaint was that the tables were numbered wrong from my diagram (because the room was such an odd shape). The same people were still at the same tables together, but in different places than I would have liked, but things happen. I honestly didn't notice until the end of the wedding. I would definitely use them again for another event.
