In my attempt to fulfill my New Years resolution, I went on the great hunt for some cardio equipment. After asking around to a few people, a friend recommended Bayou Fitness. The site is very easy to navigate and the person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did she go through each treadmill and tell me the differences between each of them, she sat on the phone with me while I relayed the information to my husband.
