I took my problematic-from-birth pc laptop to Media Tech, unable to access the hardrive and very desperate. I chose them based on CitySearch reviews and the fact that they immediately answered the phone and told me to come right on over....as opposed to returning my call three days later and promising to get to it in another week. They not only salvaged my data, they reinstalled my operating system and the thing finally works like it's supposed to - for the first time ever (even after I'd taken it to other repair shops for help in the past). Labor was less than quotes from 2 competitors and they had it ready in 24 hours. Did I mention how incredibly pleasant they were to deal with ? I actually enjoyed the whole experience and was more than happy to pay them. Make sure you stop by the bakery next door for fresh bread.
