Initially, I heard about Chastain Chem Dry and their wonderful reputation from friends of mine. I have used them 3 or 4 times now for carpet cleaning because they do a great job...my carpet looked brand-new when they were done.
Chastain Chem Dry is dependable and extremely professional. They showed up on time, when they told me they would be here, and they were clean-cut. They explained everything that was going to happen and even went the extra mile to help me move some of my furniture.
I have used a lot of different companies, and Chastain is the best.
