We will NEVER go back! we took our 2 labrador retrievers to Sunny Days over memorial day weekend. On our first visit, the workers were unprofessional. They refused to let me walk back and see where my dogs would be staying. They didn't label the dog food or write down how often my dogs should be fed. I left almost in tears and decided to drive back on my lunch break and request a tour of the facility. I walked back to the cages where the dogs are kept and my dogs were already completely out of water. After just 4 days in that awful place, BOTH of my dogs returned to me with kennel cough! They were updated on all of their shots and there is NO EXCUSE for the things that occurred. The owners are terrible business people, the workers are unprofessional idiots who are underpaid and do NOT care about you OR YOUR DOGS, and for the price that they charge, I could find at least 20 more boarders with 10 times better quality care.
