Review content:
My two daughters went to use their gift card to see a romantic comedy at the Dayton Mall location in Ohio. It never occurred to me a romantic comedy would be rated R. The girls called us to come pick them up because they couldn't get in. We went to pick them up and my husband went in to see if he could buy the tickets and then leave, but the guy at the counter said no. My husband turned to leave and behind his back the employee shooed his hands at my husband like ""get out, buh-bye."" I was sitting in the car parked in front of the theater. Maybe you dont realize the ENTIRE FRONT IS GLASS??? I got out of the car furious at that point. I went in to speak to the manager. My husband followed me in, not knowing what the guy had done. I got the manager and explained the situation and he told me I was too far away, the employee wouldn't have done that. So, I'm lying?? He offered free movie passes, but I don't complain to get free stuff. I absolutely hate people who do that. I was telling him he had a horrible employee who needed a lesson in customer service. Apparently, the managment team does as well. I'm not lying and I wasn't too far away. I am beyond furious. I realize it's hectic and it was busy, but that does not excuse EVER telling a customer they don't know what they're talking about and it definitely doesn't excuse shooing your hands at a customer.
