Businiess name:  Carpet Empire Plus

Review content:
My elderly parents purchased tile for their home from Carpet Empire plus a couple months ago. hey paid by check (which turned out to be a big mistake because they cannot dispute the charges). The checks were cashed the same day they wrote them! The sale man was very pushy and sold them a tile that they thought was porcelain. It turned out to be ceramic tile. The dye lots were off so bad that there are 4 different color tiles! They were not able to see the difference until the next day, and by then the check had already been cashed. The site keeps giving them the runaround and will not fix the problem. All that's wanted is to make it right, which involves taking out the tile and replacing it. The BBB and the contractors board have been notified and the next step is to call the local news media to let them know this company is taking advantage or elderly people. Buyer beware!!
