It was a great experience. Tom Kuthy with WSI Expert Internet Marketing was extremely professional and fun to work with. I marveled at his ability to work with some strong-opinioned people and manage that dance. He did a masterful job directing that and kept our business on track.
One of the most impressive things was watching Tom take meticulous notes as we go through stuff and report back almost instantly about updated templates and everything. That was fantastic.
The only reason, and it's a minor one, that I didn't give all fives is the copywriting process for our website. We ended up in a good place but not a great one. Overall, the work has been fantastic, and we're using Tom for some other initiatives right now because of his good work so far.
