Sean replaced my wind-damaged fence, finished the job on Friday 4/8/11. On Saturday I realized that they had not installed a kickboard on my neighbor's side of the fence, needed because my yard is a couple inches to over a foot higher than my neighbor's yard. First Sean argued with me and said a kickboard wasn't needed, then he called back and said the 2x6x8' boards were at Lowe's for $6.57 each and he would buy them and install them Monday or Tuesday. On Monday he called and said they'd be here on Wednesday. I called him Thursday after work because they never showed up. He apologized and said they crew had the boards and would be here on Friday. I called him Tuesday 4/19, Thursday 4/21, and Tuesday 4/26 and he has never returned my calls. I bought the boards at Lowe's for $4.41 each and installed them myself this past weekend. Bad follow-up, bad customer service, and who installs a fence above grade in Colorado without a kickboard? Not impressed.
