I strongly recommend Chris Lopez to do your home inspection. On a seller point of view and based on a recommendation from my realtor I went with Amerispec Home Inspection (San Francisco Bay Area). Chris did a very professional job. I really did like the fact that before he started inspecting my house he gave me a booklet with lots of good information containing all the details about the inspection most importantly the inspection agreement.
Chris offers a very personable service I even asked him if he could do the crawlspace before the next showing. He was on time, answered all my concerns and questions. He is very knowledgeable and know how to talk to seller about findings without scaring them.
Great job and thank you for the extremely detailed report I received by email the very next day as I was told to.
I strongly recommend Chris Lopez for all home inspection in the Bay Area. Thumbs up!
