I have found Nancy to be very knowledgeable and very thorough. WSI and Nancy has worked with us through our growing pains and was always there for us with useful suggestions and good advice on how best to optimize the website.
I think we have been using them going back 4 years. She helped us create a new website, and figured out how best to make it easy to navigate as well as make it appealing to both human visitors and search engines. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.
