BUYER BEWARE!!!!-----Matt (owner) and David (sales) graded and installed new sold in my small yard early to mid April 2010 and I paid them $80 per month to maintain it (they told me if they were maintaining it then they would better be able to warranty the new sod and care for its growth success). I am using exact quotes on everything here. Their marketing materials/maintenance proposal said warrantees to ensure its customer partners complete satisfaction and furnish all supervision to maintain the exterior landscape in a condition attractive to the residents of the community. My lawn slowly died by Aug-Sept (4 1/2 months later) and has been an eyesore of the neighborhood. Despite my many emails, phone calls and pleas to them about the situation, they finally said in an email ""We apologize for the frustrations that you have with us pertaining to your lawn. Evidently we have some issues to address with our maintenance crews. They are supposed to be the eyes on the ground on all of the accounts that we maintain. Your lawn should have been brought to our attention some time ago. That being said, I have spoken with Matt and we have decided to replace your entire lawn with sod (not seed). We will come in and pull up the old and put down the new. I hope that this somewhat conveys our apologies for ""dropping the ball"" on your lawn. "" I agreed to their replacement of my sod, but then they decided to never come out to do the work and they would not take my phone calls or respond to my emails. They also would not respond to or acknowledge a Better Business Bureau complaint that I recorded and they don't seem to care they the BBB now shows them with an F rating. I am now incurring a cost of over $2000 to take up the old sod and replace it since they are unwilling to even pay me a penny for the damage which they acknowledge. DO NOT TRUST THEM no matter what they tell you. I am paying the price for trusting that they were professionals and I totally regret that I hired them.
