I rented an apartment from this business and while the location was fine (in West Hartford), I later realized there were other apartments available for less money in the area. At first, the owner was nice, approachable, and appeared organized. This changed when they refused to change/fix some things they had promised to fix once Imoved in (like update a stove). Overall, living in the apartmetn was okay , but getting a leacky faucet fixed, leaky toilet changed, window fixed took about a month and multiple messages from the time I reported the issues to them to the time they actually fixed them . I am under the impression that they were looking to spend little to absolutely no money in fixing things. Moving out was a nighmare. My questions and emails were left unanswered for weeks at a time and I found myself having to seek advice from the local housing authority. My overall impression was that renting the apartment was not worth the hassel given all of the options available in town. Pros: Location (w. hart) Cons: Too many hassels
