Review content:
I called because my car wouldn't start when I was pretty far from home and it was pouring down rain. I asked how long it would take to get to where I was at... not to far from Emergency Towing and I was told 30 minutes.
I said, can you have anyone get hear a little quicker and he said no. So I told him thank you and I guess I'd have to find someone else because I had an important meeting to get to.
To my surprise this gentlemen replied and told me, ""Good luck trying to find any towing service that will get there quicker than 30 minutes."" He then promptly HUNG UP ON ME!
Now, I can understand he doesn't want me to call another towing service but that doesn't warrant him being so rude and hanging up on me. I'll never call him again.
I called Sun Towing in Coral Springs and they got there in 10 minutes, and were very polite. They only charged $70 and give you free towing if you're going to get it repaired with them.
