Review content:
I went in to sell an 18k gold ring. They tested the gold and told me it was only 14k. This was a ring by a well known jewelry designer and purchased at a retailer that stands behind the products they sell. So I went right home and contacted the store where I bought the ring and explained that it supposedly tested to be 14k when it was marked 18k. They guaranteed it to be 18k, suggested that I bring it to get tested at another jewelers and if the second test also said it was 14k, that they would give me a refund and pursue the issue with the jewelry designer.
The second jeweler confirmed the ring to be 18k. So either Glenn's Jewelry & Loans tried to defraud me or they don't know the difference between 14k and 18k gold. Either way, BEWARE!
