NEVER AGAIN!! i decided to take my pet to this location, since it was closest to my home. When i get there in the morning, on time to my appointment, the door was closed, i had to knock several times. Then when i finally see the vet, he does not even introduce himself or show any concern for my pet. He was just throwing prices at me, prescriptions, and passively answering my questions! He was not explaining clearly my pet's cause of illness or ways to prevent it. For the location, I was expecting cheaper prices, charging $58 office visit, but not even properly examining my pet! i felt like i was ripped off and did not get what i payed for. The only professional person in there was the receptionist! i Recommend Riverdale animal clinic,for those searching in the Bronx area, they are much MORE professional.
