unprofessional, untrustworthy, i hired dr pernia to perform a nasal surgery on me 2 years ago he left my nose not looking the way it was before the surgery and did not tell me that would be the results so i went back to him he said he would fix it now his nurse tells me my insurance denied the procedure so i called my ins they said no we did not deny it so i called back to dr pernia office and told them 2 weeks ago and have not heard from them at all...dr pernia will not even return my call... unprofessional is all i can say..
Pros: i will not ever use again
