Review content:
We chose Child Serve childcare center based on the impression we received from the staff, website, and mission statement, that this was a center with qualifications to work with children of all abilities. We had confidence that they would work with us to meet the needs of our 3 year old son. Six months later, I feel terribly mislead. They showed little interest in meeting his specific needs. They did not provide a caring, nuturing environment for him. My son has received services from Child Serve Therapy center for speech and occupational therapy and they have done a wonderful job with him. I have been impressed by their professionalism and level of care and concern. However, the daycare center management and most of the staff that have worked with my son do not live up to the standards of an organization like Child Serve. I am so disappointed; I could never in good conscience recommend this center to another parent of children with special needs.
