Review content:
I went in with a predisposition against deep cleaning after talking with my Dental Plan of California about deep cleaning. They told me that they did not charge for a regular cleaning but that they did charge for a deep cleaning and they did not see the need for a deep cleaning or the difference. So I asked the Dentist who saw me why I needed a deep cleaning as opposed to a normal cleaning? And this gentle man a decade older than me told me ""confidently"" that it would help me to keep the bone surrounding my teeth which hold my teeth in my mouth and that deep cleaning was absolutely necessary for me (and my teeth) to continue together. Oh! That sounded like a great reason for me. I believed him and I scheduled for a deep cleaning.
