Review content:
I made it clear when I went in that I would not be buying glasses above and beyond what my insurance covered and that I would be buying glasses online because I am a stay at home mom with a 2 year old and a 1 month old and I need to do the most cost effective solution. I was told by one assistant that there were frames that were covered by my insurance, then when I sat down for my consultation the cheapest frames were $25 more than what my insurance covered. Then I was pressured to spend twice the amount that my insurance covered because they had a very small selection in anything lower. Through the whole consultation I was pressured to upgrade well above and beyond what my insurance covered even though I stated over and over that I would not be spending more than what my insurance covered. I ended up leaving with nothing but a copy of my prescription. I tried to call back to get my pupilary distance measurement so I could order reasonably priced glasses on zennioptical and was given a whole liability song and dance about why they wouldn't give me my measurement even though it was apparent through the conversation that they wouldn't give it to me because I wasn't going to buy my glasses through them. The lady next to me was talking into paying just under $1000 for her glasses and balked when she was told the price so I didn't get the feeling that she was very comfortable with the experience either.
Cons: High pressure
