Purchased a 14 k gold mans bracelet , it has been repaired twice all ready and is now in need of repair this bracelet cost 800.00 and has been nothing but trouble from the get go it should have been returned and not repaired. I wanted to trade it when it first broke but they did not do this. It is my understanding the next repair I would have to pay for. I wanted something sturdy that my husband could wear all the time and was assured this was it, but again nothing but trouble. The people are great but this product was not worth it
