Review content:
A WASTE OF TIME!!! My wife and I went to GPH looking for a very specific used car. Challenging I know, but we were completely upfront with our salesperson as soon as a arrived. They did not have the car we were looking for but had one very close so we agreed to look at it which was our second mistake, the first being walking into their dealership. The salesperson, Mansoor, was condescending to my wife whenever she asked questions about the car. Once we got back from our test drive we agreed to see what the deal would look like. After waiting for about 30 minutes they came back with a deal that was so far from what we were looking for that we tried to walk out. They would not let us leave as they still had our keys to our trade-in. After going back and forth with the salesperson and the manager we finally got the point across that the deal would not work for us, or so I thought. We got our keys and started to get back into our car to leave and the manager came out to stop me and asked if I would come back in so that his boss could look at the numbers. I got out of there as fast as I could. Don?t waste your time here, their prices are too high and they are way too pushy. Exactly what you don?t want in a dealership!
