I called Nine north tire looking for tires and a alignment for my truck i was quoted 59.99 for alignment and 99.00 for tires. When i got to the store i told him i had just spoke to him on the phone and he apologized and told me that he had given me the wrong price on the tires and they would be 89.00 a tire instead. Told them to put all 4 on and give me the alignment. What a great deal considering i had just called another place and they wanted 129.99 for alignment and 150.00 a tire. I will be bring all my cars there plus all my work truck for the company to them. Thanks Nine North for showing someone still has customer service in this town..
Pros: Saving money great customer service.
