Review content:
Manager needs courses in organizing reservations and customer service.
We made advance reservations for a specific table and were assured the table was secure while there for lunch a week ago. We arrived 1/2 hour prior to the reservation time only to be told by a rude manager (seating person?) that they would not be able to honor reservations for specific tables. They had our number, they could have called us. At least then we wouldn't have been surprised. They even had 2 reservations for us because they couldn't get it straight. The man knew we were right and his attitude was ruining our holiday.
We left as soon as we were told that they wouldn't seat us even near the original table (although we could see one available). We left without Thanksgiving dinner.
Thanks, Wahoo's, for ruining our Mom's first Thanksgiving here in Florida, the sunshine state.
