Review content:
Last night I experienced a nightmare that I do not wish to repeat again, ever. I arrived at the restaurant with just enough time to eat, and make an appointment I had scheduled. When I did not receive service for 20 minutes - not even offered a glass of water I realized no one knew I was there, so I kindly asked a waitress to take my order. She admitted that indeed no server was aware that I had been sitting there, then diappeared for a period of time. I then asked for the manager, and told him I had been there for 25 minutes. He ignored me, choosing instead to assist people who had just walked in the door. I then walked up to him and told him that even at Denny's they offer a piece of free pie to customers when they screw up. The manager Javier said ""We don't give away food."" When I asked him if everyone else was eating except me, could it be that it was because I was a single woman dining alone, he told me to GO TO HELL. I am wondering if Roxy's has a pattern of discriminating against women the same way that Denny's did to blacks. I am still burned up about it the following day, especially after reading other scathing reviews. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life.
