Review content:
Sisley is located at the Valencia Town Center. It's a nice Italian restaurant with all the trappings of a great restaurant. The food is good and it seems like a good place to come back to.
The problem? The cement floor and no waiting area, for starters. You'd be hard pressed to find a more noisy place. There's really no waiting area so patrons hover near diners or try to find a spot in the already-packed bar. There are no beepers and no paging system, so the hostess walks through the crowd SHOUTING names. You're crabby by the time you get to your table and even a decent meal doesn't make up for the annoyance.
