When I dined there I was seated in a dirty booth directly facing the sun. Our order was completely wrong and when we asked the manger to help, she refused and told us to deal with it! She literally told me and my mother to deal with it!! We both had ordered grilled chicken salads, which took 45 minutes to arrive. My mother had ordered her salad without dressing, due to the fact that she cannot have dairy. She is highly allergic. Her salad was delivered slathered with the standard dressing that comes with this particular salad, which contains dairy. We asked the person who delivered our salads, who was not our waiter, to bring a fresh salad without dressing. She brought over the manager (10 minutes later). The manager was rude .To say the least, nothing was done about this. We were not compensated for this. We paid for a meal my mother could not eat. We paid our bill and left...hungry and disappointed.
Pros: cheap
Cons: rude waitstaff, managers and wait time is too long,loud, noisy and uncomfortable seating
