Review content:
Mr. Jacobs was hired to apply cultured stone to the front facade of our home. His work was so poor that he voided the manufacturer's 50 year warranty and subjected our home to water damage. He also did thousands of dollars of damage to our property including breaking power lines and destroying our front lawn. While he claims to have insurance, his insurance company told us his policy contains a cooperation clause. In essence if he doesn't cooperate with the insurance company's investigation, his coverage is void. To date he is not cooperating with the insurance company or with us.
