Review content:
This company is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The technician damaged my husband's wheelchair not once, but 3 separate times. He also would come into the house and if my husband was alone, he would have a total mean attitude with him, acting like fixing his chair was an inconvenience, making snide comments about my quadriplegic husband's use of totally legal medicinal marijuana. The last time he came he took my husband's chair outside to work on it, brought it back in the house and my husband wasn't able to see it because he was still in bed. He tossed a clipboard onto my husband's chest asking him to sign off on it. My husband was only able to see the fron part of the chair and did not know the extensive damage caused by this technician - the arm rest was now completely flimsy and lose and the screw was screwed so tight into the frame it dented it and was stripped! When he called to have someone come out and take care of it they told him he would have to wait 5 days! I then called and demanded to speak to the manager and let him know how unhappy I was and what a liability this chair was-it wasn't safe! They came back the next day only to confirm our suspicions, that a new frame assembly was needed. They then came and took his electric chair and he had to be in his manual chair for 3 days waiting- whereupon he called to follow up only to be told that they were returning his chair UNFIXED because the vendor messed up the order. Well, it has been a MONTH now and no fixed chair-
I am writing this to let this company know and all others that serve the elderly and disabled community that YOU CANNOT TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY! A wheelchair means legs and indpendence! Maybe everyone that works there should spend a week in a rickety ass wheelchair and see how it feels to be treated the way they treat their clients.
I would give negative stars if this let me.
I will be posting updates regularly until this issue is resolved!
