Customer Focus, great Listener, a lot of Verbal Communication, always wanting to Build Relationships with People and Problem Solving. If it doesn't work or fit he will try everything to make it happen....all the staff is very friendly, helpful, and Marcus will work with you on reasonable prices on all labor and accessories....
Pros: great work and friendly staff
Cons: sometimes their to busy and it takes a few days to do certain things better follw-up to customer.(need to call customer for update on work)
