I called Payless Appliance Repair on a Wednesday to setup a Saturday appt. to have my washer looked at after it had stopped working properly.On Saturday morning .... Mr.Henry called to confirm the appt. and to let me know that he was en route.He was very nice and figured out what the problem was in hardly no time ... He told me he would return later that day after calling to check for the parts needed to fix my washer ... he called a little later to inform me that he was on his way back to my home .... Mr.Henry arrived back with the parts and fixed my washer.The price Payless charged me was absolutely fair for services rendered .... I was very happy with my service by Payless and would call them again if the need arose.I chose Payless because I read the previous 2 reviews and didn't want to be taken for a ride ... No rip off fears or overcharging from Payless .... highly recommended
