I called Saturday afternoon around 1:30 to get some advice on my washer which had stopped turning. I was told I would have a repair tech call me. Harry called be back in a little over an hour and asked where I was located. He was at my place and had my issue diagnosed within 30 minutes of calling me! Unfortunately it wasn't something that could be cheaply repaired, a dead transmission, but he was very honest about the cost and said he wouldn't recommend repair given a new machine could be purchased for nearly the same price. I was surprised to not be taken for a ride, very pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend Payless to anyone! Thanks!
