I figured with all the companies that have been caught gouging people with poor or unnecessary repair work that I would be stuck when I called late in the afternoon with a refrigerator that wasn't cooling. I called the 373-0461 number for Payless. The technician, Ronald, was able to get to the house very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was polite, friendly, and even cleaned up the kitchen floor after he had finished the repair. After having several things fixed over the years, this was the first repairman to ever care about leaving a site the way he found it. Highly recommended!
